Pere Al Vino — Ribbon poached pear, poached first in white wine and honey, then in red wine with sugar and spices; served chilled. Linguini E Pesto — Fresh linguini in a pesto of basil, mint, walnuts, and pinenuts. Rigatoni E Formaggi — Fresh rigatoni baked with fontina and parmesan, mixed herbs and spinach, and topped with herbed bread crumbs. Baccalà — A contemporary rendition of the Italian classic. Fresh cod brined in salt and baked in a sauce of white truffle oil, olives, capers and garlic. Polpetti Di Pesci — Grouper and salmon meatballs in an herbed marinara. Anitra Infornata — Duck breast roasted in a pineapple, sambuca and honey glaze. Agnello Alla Griglia — Our standard menu favorite, lamb marinated in rosemary and balsamic then grilled to medium rare.
